Gift Of Care – Women’s Day Outreach At Rajkiye Balgrih Balika, Lucknow
Because Dignity And Care Are Every Woman’s Right
PAN Health celebrated Women’s Day with the Gift of Care initiative at Rajkiye Balgriah Balika, Lucknow, supporting young girls and women in protective care. Through sanitary care support, menstrual hygiene awareness, and messages of encouragement, we aimed to restore dignity, confidence, and health for survivors of abandonment, exploitation, and early pregnancy.

Beneficiaries: 200+ young girls and women in protective shelter homes. Support Provided:
- Six months of Everteen sanitary napkins supply

PAN Health organized menstrual hygiene workshops across Kendriya Vidyalayas and schools to educate adolescent girls about safe and healthy practices. By creating safe, interactive spaces, we encouraged conversations that helped break stigma and normalize periods.

In a special ceremony with Hon’ble Gujarat CM Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel, PAN Health extended its commitment to dignity, health, and empowerment through large-scale donations to healthcare and community causes.

- Donation of 2,51,000 sanitary pads to Anganwadi centres
- Fully equipped Annapurna Rath to Bolbala Charitable Trust for nutritious meals of underprivileged

- ₹1 crore donation to BT Savani Kidney Hospital, Rajkot for healthcare support

At PAN Health, we believe every daughter deserves a dignified and joyful beginning to her married life. Through vhalundi na viviah, we organised a heartfelt mass wedding ceremony where brides were united in matrimony with traditional rituals, cultural reverence, and the blessings of the community. With thoughtful arrangements and meticulous care, the initiative helped ease the financial burden on families while celebrating the spirit of togetherness, dignity, and shared joy.

Sanitary Napkin Vending Machines

PAN Health installed sanitary napkin vending machines across schools and colleges, making menstrual care accessible, private, and affordable for young girls. The initiative was inaugurated at the CSR Conference in Srinagar by Dr. Shahid Choudhary (IAS, J&K) and PAN Health’s CEO & MD Mr. Chirag M. Pan.

The session was led by Mrs. Renil Chirag Pan, wife of our MD & CEO, and custodian of Smile Matters. She takes complete charge of all CSR initiatives at PAN Health, and her passion and dedication towards supporting underprivileged communities make these initiatives especially meaningful.
Menstruation is natural and so should be conversation.
Period Ki Pathshala, an initiative under PAN Health’s Smile Matters CSR program, is part of our ongoing Menstrual Hygiene Education mission. It is designed to empower girls across India with the right knowledge, dignity, and confidence to embrace their menstrual health.
Location: Sidsar School, Gujarat
Beneficiaries: 375+ adolescent girls
