Your Pregnancy,
Trimester by Trimester
Pregnancy is a rollercoaster of emotions, changes, and new beginnings. Whether you’re glowing or Googling at 3 am, we’re here to walk with you. From the first trimester to the third, you’ll find practical tips, emotional support, and gentle guidance — all crafted for the real moments you’re living.
1. First Trimester (Weeks 1–13)
- What’s Happening inside you – Your baby’s just getting started – tiny organs are forming, and so is the placenta. A lot is happening even if you can’t see it yet.
- Common Early Symptoms – Morning sickness, fatigue, tender breasts? Totally normal. Every pregnancy is different, so listen to your body and rest when you need to.
- First Prenatal Checkups – Time to meet your doctor, check your due date, and begin prenatal vitamins. This is where the journey officially begins!
2. Second Trimester (Weeks 14–27)
- Hello, Baby Bump! – Your belly’s growing, and so is your baby. You might feel the first flutters soon – tiny kicks that melt your heart.
- Energy Returns – Many moms feel more energetic in this phase. Use this time to prep, plan, and pamper yourself a little.
- Eating for Two – The Right Way – Balanced meals rich in iron, calcium, and folate support both you and baby. Small, frequent meals can help if nausea sticks around.
3. Third Trimester (Weeks 28–40)
- Almost There! – Your baby is getting ready for its big debut – growing fast and settling into position. Keep up with your regular doctor checkups.
- Managing Discomfort – Backaches, swelling, and sleepless nights can be common. Light stretching, hydration, and pillows (lots of pillows!) can help.
- Packing the Hospital Bag – Start prepping essentials for delivery — clothes, baby basics, and a few comforts from home for you. A checklist can make it easier.
